通过分析大台煤矿隐患排查系统的隐患排查历史数据,结合事故致因理论进行分析可知,煤矿事故隐患主要分布于班组等一线工作单元,是造成煤矿事故频发的重要原因,有必要建立基于班组的煤矿事故隐患排查体系。而现阶段的煤矿事故隐患排查体系仅能满足科段以上隐患排查的需求,因此,文章基于手持终端及闭环管理思想,研究煤矿企业班组安全管理体系并在某矿进行了实践,实践结果表明,煤矿企业班组隐患排查体系能够满足煤矿一线隐患排查的需求,实现煤矿隐患排查的全方位闭环,有效提高煤矿的安全生产水平。%Based on the inspection data of coal mine historical hidden dangers, combining with accident-causing theory, coal mine hidden dangers is mainly in first-line workspace such as the work group, which is an important cause leading to coal mine accident. So it is much necessary to establish a hidden danger inspection system taking work groups as the basic unit. As current coal mine hidden danger inspection system can only satisfy the demands of work team demand or above. This paper establishes a coal mine work group safety management system based on handheld terminal and closed-loop theory. The system has been practiced in coal mine study, the result shows the system can meet the requirement of first-line hidden dangers inspection, realize comprehensively closed-loop coal mine hidden dangers inspection, and effectively improve the safety conditions of coal mine production.
