基于区域增阻调节的采区风量及总风量变化相关性研究

     

摘要

The mine air volume adjustment methods is reviewed, taking Dashucun Coal Mine as the research object, and considering the mining district as regional branches, the equivalent and simplification graph of mine ventilation network is drawn, the resistance of regional branches is increased, and the correlation, equivalent and ratio relationship are studied for air volume in each mining area, total air volume change and wind resistance change in the regional resistance-increased branch. The results show that, each mining area air volume and total air volume is closely related to the wind resistance change in the regional resistance-increased branch, the air volume variation of resistance-increased mining districts, other mining districts and the whole mine shows equivalent additive relationship. Compared to the local branch resistance increasing adjustment, this method can control the change of total air volume of mining districts in whole mine, and it is more helpful for overall regulation of mine airflow.%回顾总结了矿井风量调节的方法,以大淑村矿为研究对象,以采区为区域分支,绘制其等效简化的矿井通风网络图,对区域分支进行增阻调节,研究了各采区风量及总风量变化与区域增阻分支的风阻变化的相关性,以及它们的等量、比率关系。结果表明,矿井和各个采区风量变化与区域增阻分支的风阻变化密切相关,增阻采区与矿井及其它采区风量变化量满足等量加和关系。相比于局部分支增阻调节,该方法能够掌握整个矿井各个采区和总风量的变化,更有助于进行宏观的矿井风量调节。
