煤矿防水闸门设计研究

         

摘要

Aiming at the inrush of Ordovician limestone water in the cross-cut main roadway excavation in the-415m post group, the author introduces general situation of the mine project, and describes the principle of setting up mine waterproof gate, the determination of water pressure resistance level, and the calculation and verification method of structural parameters such as maximum embed depth and length of the wall. Combined with mine auxiliary transport, ventilation and other systems, the selection of waterproof gates is carried out; the technical difficulties during construction, and the use and maintenance methods of waterproof gates are expounded. Based on the mine hydrogeology and the state of surrounding rocks, combined with the design specifications of the current mine waterproof gate, a set of waterproof gate design method is proposed, which is in line with the concept of mine safe production, and it is of great significance for the design and production of mines.%针对-415m后组石门大巷掘进过程中奥灰水突水问题,详细介绍了矿井防水闸门硐室设置原则、抗水压力等级确定及最大嵌入深度、墙体长度等结构参数的计算及验证方法,并结合矿井辅助运输、通风等系统对防水闸门进行选型,总结了施工过程技术难题,阐述防水闸门使用和维护方法.文章根据矿井水文地质和围岩状态,结合当前矿井防水闸门的设计规范,总结了一套符合矿山安全生产理念,坚固经济的防水闸门设计方法,对矿山设计和生产具有很好的指导意义.
