深立井软岩地层冻结施工关键技术探讨

     

摘要

For the deep shaft soft rock formation freezing technology, we summarize the practice of several vertical shaft freezing projects in the western regions of Inner Mongolia, Shaanxi, Gansu and Ningxia, from the aspects of freezing scheme selection, freezing technical parameter values, freezing and excavation construction control indexes. The key technologies for freezing in soft rock formations are systematically described. The viewpoint that the bottom boundary of the Cretaceous system is used as the freezing control horizon in soft rock formations in the western part of China and the limit-state strength formula for the limited-end high-plasticity body is used to calculate the frozenwall thickness is summarized. Corresponding frozen construction technique points can provide reference for the construction of deep vertical shaft freezing in similar strata.%针对深立井软岩地层冻结施工技术,通过对蒙陕甘宁等西部地区多个立井冻结工程的实践总结,从冻结方案选择、冻结技术参数取值、冻结及掘砌施工控制指标等方面对软岩地层冻结关键技术进行了系统阐述,提出了西部软岩地层以白垩系底界为冻结控制层位、利用有限段高塑性体极限状态强度条件公式计算冻结壁厚度的观点,并总结出相对应的冻结法施工技术要点,可为今后类似地层深立井冻结工程施工提供参考.
