急倾斜坚硬顶板工作面超深孔预裂爆破技术研究

         

摘要

为了改善急倾斜工作面大面积悬顶引起的安全问题,基于新疆二一三零煤矿26221工作面,分析了采面顶板与巷道围岩压力异常增大、冒顶片帮事故频发、工作面发生滑架倒架事故的现象,重点研究了急倾斜工作面坚硬顶板管理的思路和原理,确定了超深孔超前预裂爆破技术的主要方案和参数.实际施工中运输巷老顶切断孔最大长度95m,工作面矿压活动规律及顶板垮落效果表明该方案安全可靠.%To improve a series of safety questions caused by large areas of hanging arch on steep working face, based on the engineering background of 26221 face in 2130 Coal Mine in Xinjiang Province, the accidents are analyzed, such as abnormal pressure increase of mining face roof and roadway surrounding rocks, frequent occurrence of roof falling and rib spalling accidents, hydraulic support slipping and falling on working face. The idea and principal of hard roof control in steep working face is mainly analyzed, main program and parameters of super-deep hole advance presplitting blasting is determined. In field construction, maximum length of the hole in transportation tunnel was 95m, strata pressure action law and roof caving effect showed the program was safe and reliable.
