为了降低宝日希勒露天煤矿原工作帮移动坑线运输系统的运输成本,通过论证提出了采用中间桥结合内排土场运输道路的运输系统.基于中间桥的二次剥离量和内排土场所滞后的排土空间这两方面对中间桥的搭建位置和参数进行了优化.应用实践表明,中间桥结合内排土场运输道路的运输系统,合理降低了原煤运输卡车和剥离物运输卡车的运距,有效避免了大型卡车与外包小型卡车作业区域的交叉,经济效益和安全效益显著.%In order to reduce the cost of the pit line transportation systems in Shenhua Baorixile Open-pit Coal Mine, a transportation system is put forward through demonstration, which combines middle bridge with internal dump site. The location and parameters of the middle bridge are optimized based on the secondary stripping amount of the middle bridge and lagging space of the inner dump site. Application practice shows that the proposed transportation system effectively reduces the distance, and increases the economic and safety benefits significantly.
