神东矿区井下各类常用钻孔的特点分析和施工工艺研究

摘要

神东矿区开采的神府东胜煤田多为浅埋深的近水平煤层,矿井大多采用平硐或斜井开拓.各矿井在生产过程中经常需要施工一些钻孔,这些钻孔的作用各不相同,孔径尺寸和深度也有很大的差别,钻孔施工时选用的设备和采取的施工工艺也各有其自身的特点.针对神东矿区煤矿井下各类常用钻孔的特点和施工工艺进行系统地分析和研究,对于选择合适的钻孔施工设备和优化施工工艺具有重要意义,文章重点对神东矿区常用钻孔的特点和施工工艺进行介绍.%The coal seam of Shenfu Dongsheng coalfield mined by Shendong Mining Group is shallow and near horizontal.The mines in Shendong Mining Area are mostly developed by adit or inclined shaft,and drilling is often needed in the production process in coal mine.Because of the different functions,hole size and depth,the corresponding selection of drilling equipment and construction technology also has its own characteristics.Systematic analysis and research on the characteristics and construction technology of underground drilling in coal mine in Shendong mining area is carried out,which is of great significance for the optimal selection of construction equipment and process optimization.In this paper the characteristics and construction technology of drilling in Shendong mining area is introduced.
