导流杂交基因芯片技术检测人乳头状瘤病毒基因分型的观察

         

摘要

Objective To investigate the application of hybridization microarray (HybriMax) in detecting human papilloma virus (HPV) and analyze the distribution of isoforms of HPV infection and age characteristics in order to provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer. Methods HPV infected typing of female genital duct in 622 patients were detected by HybriMax technology in our department of gynecology, and the infected situation of isoforms were analyzed. Results 17 kinds of HPV genie isoforms were detected and total positive rate was 22.3% (139/622) , among which, high risk factor rate of isoforms was 79.9% , a higher detected rates of five genotypes of HPV were 16, 58, 52, 18 and 31 type, low riskisoforms rate was 20. 1% and HPV6 type was commonly found. Single HPV genotype infection rate was 69% and mixed infection rate was 31% . The peak of detected HPV infection between the ages of 30 ~39 and the positive rate was 41.7% which was mostly for single-type infection. Conclusion HybriMax technology can give exact HPV genotyping and can distinguish the high risk from low risk, and it is an ideal method for females over 30 years of age with cervix pathological change.%目的 探讨导流杂交基因芯片技术( hybridization microarray,HybriMax)在临床人乳头状瘤病毒(human papillomavirus,HPV)感染检测中的运用,分析HPV感染的亚型分布和患者的年龄特征,为宫颈癌防治提供依据.方法 采用HybriMax技术对我院妇科就诊的622例女性进行生殖道HPV感染分型检测,并对各亚型感染情况进行分析.结果 本组共检测到17种HPV基因亚型,总阳性率为22.3% (139/622),其中高危亚型占79.9%,检出率较高的5种基因型为HPV16、58、52、18、31型;低危亚型占20.1%,以HPV6型多见.HPV亚型中单一型感染率为69%,混合型感染率为31%.检测人群中HPV感染的高峰年龄在30 ~ 39岁,阳性率为33.9%,多为单一型感染.结论 HybriMax技术可准确进行HPV基因分型,能同时分辨高危型和低危型,可判断多型感染,是用于30岁以上女性宫颈病变临床诊断和普查的理想方法.
