PDCA循环路径在多通道经皮肾镜取石术患者社区跟踪护理中的应用

摘要

Objective To explore the effect of PDCA loop paths on the community tracking nursing in patients with multi-channel percutaneous nephrolithotomy (PCNL) surgery. Methods 78 patients with multi-channel PCNL were divided into two groups according to the treatment period, with 39 cases in each group. The control group was given normal community nursing, the observation group was given PDCA loop paths on this basis. The patients' knowledge about stone and diets, recurrence rate of stone, score of GSES and nursing satisfaction were compared. Results The stone and diets knowledge score, GSES score and nursing satisfaction of observation group were higher than those of control group, the stone recurrence rate was lower than that of control group, all the difference was statistical (P<0.05). Conclusions For patients with multi-channel PCNL, the application of PDCA loop paths in the community tracking nursing can reduce the recurrence rate of stone, improve the self-efficacy of patients, change the unhealthy lifestyle and so as to improve the life quality of patients.%目的：探讨PDCA循环路径在多通道经皮肾镜取石术(P晕悦蕴)患者社区跟踪护理中的效果。方法按治疗时间将78例行多通道P晕悦蕴患者分为两组各39例。对照组给予社区常规管理，观察组在此基础上行PDCA循环路径社区跟踪护理。比较两组的结石和饮食知识的掌握程度、结石复发率、 GSES评分和护理满意度。结果观察组患者的结石和饮食知识评分、 GSES得分和护理满意度均高于对照组，结石复发率低于对照组，差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论运用PDCA循环对多通道P晕悦蕴患者实施社区跟踪护理可降低结石复发率，增强患者的自我效能感，改变不良生活方式，从而提高患者的生活质量。
