Carto-3指导下左心室分支性室性心律失常射频消融治疗

摘要

目的：探讨左心室分支起源的室性期前收缩(premature ventricular contraction,PVC)及左心室分支起源的室性心动过速(ventriculai tachycardia,VT)的心电生理特点及导管射频消融术的疗效。方法选取左心室分支起源的室性心律失常患者36例,其中 PVC 5例,VT 31例,在 Carto-3指导下行导管射频消融术治疗。结果5例PVC 患者射频消融成功率100%,31例 VT 患者中,2例患者术后复发,最终成功34例,成功率94.4%。结论 Carto-3指导下行分支性室性心律失常的射频消融治疗成功率高、并发症少、安全可靠。%Objective To investigate the clinical characteristics of premature ventricular contraction(PVC)and ventriculai tachycardia(VT)from the left ventricular fascicle,and the efficacy of radiofrequency catheter ablation. Methods Analysis was performed in 36 patients with ventricular arrhythmias from the left ventricular fascicle, including 5 cases of PVC and 31 cases of VT.We did RFCA under Carto-3 guidance.Results The success rate of 5 cases with PVC was 100%.The success rate of 31 cases with VT was 94.4%.Conclusion Radiofrequency catheter ablation of VT from the left ventricular fascicle under Carto-3 guidance has the advantages of more success rate with a low incidence of complications.
