降低糖尿病截肢率的基本环节：及早科学地诊治糖尿病足溃疡

摘要

足溃疡是最常见的糖尿病足病患者的住院原因和截肢原因。及早发现和科学有效地治疗糖尿病足溃疡能够改善其预后和节省医疗费用。本文通过介绍2例糖尿病足病病例，阐述及早地科学地诊治足溃疡能促使其愈合，避免截肢(趾)；缩短住院日和减少医疗费用。另外，通过介绍1例并有感染的复杂的糖尿病足病患者的治疗经过，强调医患互相信任、密切配合的重要性以及何种情况的糖尿病足病患者需要及时转送到有糖尿病足病诊治经验的综合性医院进一步诊治。%ABSTRACT:Diabetic foot ulcer is the leading cause of hospitalization for the patients with foot diseases and diabetic amputation.Early diagnosis and scientific treatment are the key factors of improving the prognosis and saving the medical cost for these patients.This paper introduces two cases of diabetic foot ulcers caused by paronychia and emphasizes the importance of early diagnosing and scientific treating diabetic foot ulcer with infection,which promoted the ulcer healing,avoided amputation,but also decreased the hospital days and medical cost.By discussing another case with complicated diabetic foot problems,it is believed that trust between medical staff and patients is also very important in the diabetic foot prognosis. The conditions for the patients, who need urgent transferring from community medical centers to the tertiary hospitals with the professional and multi-disciplinary diabetic foot care team, are also introduced.
