城乡统筹背景下小城镇总体规划编制方法探析——以河北省唐山市丰南区黄各庄镇为例

With the development of new socialist countryside and the promulgation of "Urban- Rural Planning Act of the People's Republic of China" and "the Standards for Town Planning", the town planning and urban-rural integrated planning become hot issues. With Huanggezhuang town as an example, this paper makes a pragmatic and creative exploration on the small town planning method based on the summary of conventional town master planning methods, and the change in the contents and formulation ideology of small town planning under the background of urban-rural integration.%随着社会主义新农村建设的全面展开和《中华人民共和国城乡规划法》、《镇规划标准》的颁行,建制镇规划以及城乡规划的统筹与衔接成为研究的热点.本文以黄各庄镇总体规划为例,在反思传统小城镇总体规划编制方法的基础上,结合城乡统筹背景下小城镇总体规划编制理念和内容的转变,对小城镇规划编制方法进行了探索.
