国内的城市化发展,一方面"拆旧建新"的环境跃迁体现为政治与经济指导的社会正义;另一方面在缺少对地方文化的敬畏中忽视了空间正义,诸如城市生态、环境织理以及社区单位等被现代性改变了,既是断离的也是异质的.文章着重对城市环境跃迁中的偶然性构形、尺度形式重构、空间物质消费,以及空间物权变化中权利更替与利益分配进行了批判性探究.最后提出,社会的欲望体系应该在注重差异平衡中践行至善,即将过去、现在和未来视为人类的共同契约与公道,同时也是社会与空间正义之情境.%Amid China's urbanization, on one hand, the politics-and economy-guided social justice is realized through the environmental transition of"demolition and reconstruction"; on the other hand, due to the lack of respect to local culture, the spatial justice is neglected, for example, the urban ecology, the environment texture, and the community unit are all replaced by the modernization, which is not only fractured but also heterogeneous. This paper criticizes the occasional structure formation, the reconstruction of scale form, the consumption of spatial material, and the change of right and redistribution of benefits during the change of spatial property rights, which all happen during the transition of urban environment. Finally, the paper points out that the social system of desire should fulfill the supreme good on the basis of a balance of differences, which means that the past, the present and the future should be regarded the common contract and fairness of human being, as well as the scenario of social and spatial justice.
