组织学习视角下大学创新的文化影响路径探析

摘要

大学文化在大学创新中具有导向性、凝聚性、激励性和约束性功能，大学文化的这些功能是通过影响制度环境和创新主体的认知而作用于大学创新的。当大学文化较为薄弱时，组织学习是大学文化影响大学创新过程中路径选择的关键，大学可以通过组织学习中的学习承诺、分享愿景、开放心智来修正创新主体的认知，从而促进大学创新。%University culture plays an important role in the university innovation with its functions of orienting , cohesion , stimulating and restraining .These functions take effects in innovation by influencing the institutional en-vironment and the cognition of innovation subjects .Organizational learning becomes the key to path selection in the culture-to-innovation process when the university culture is relatively weak .University can correct the cognition of innovation subjects by making learning commitment , sharing vision and opening mind in organizational learning in order to promote the university innovation .
