Objective:In vivo study of the metabolites of rhoifolin ( RH) in rats. Methods:An UPLC-Triple TOF-MS method was established and applied to identify the metabolites of RH in urine and feces after ig administration of RH (96 mg/kg) to rats. Results:A total of four metabolites were identified in urine and feces of rats. The structures of these metabolites were calculated by a comprehensive analysis of precursor and fragment ions of possible metabolites. Conclusion:These results would provide support for seeking plasma metabolites, discovering bioactive constituents, and clarifying metabolic pathways of RH.%目的::分析野漆树苷在大鼠体内的代谢产物结构。方法:大鼠灌胃给予野漆树苷96 mg/kg 后,收集0~24 h 尿液及粪便样品,应用超高效液相色谱-串联四极杆飞行时间质谱( UPLC-Triple TOF-MS)技术分析野漆树苷在大鼠体内的代谢产物。结果:共检测到了除原型药的4个代谢产物。经过对野漆树苷可能代谢产物的母离子和碎片离子的准确分子量及裂解规律的解析,并结合黄酮类化合物的可能代谢途径,推断出了这些代谢产物的结构。结论:上述实验结果将为血浆代谢产物的寻找提供靶标,为野漆树苷体内物质基础的确立以及体内代谢途径和代谢机制的研究提供重要的参考。
