移栽期对NC55叶片发生进程模拟模型建立

     

摘要

为合理配置烟草品种NC55大田生育期,采用田间对比试验,设置4月25日、5月5日、5月15日3个移栽期,研究不同移栽期对NC55叶片发生进程的影响,明确有效积温与叶片发生的关系,并建立Richards生长动态模型.结果表明,不同移栽期并没有改变烟草最终叶片数目,但对叶片发生动态规律有明显影响,各部位叶片发生时间均随移栽期推迟而缩短,但不同处理的中、上部叶发生所需有效积温无显著差异.建立了烟草叶片发生动态模型,R2值均在0.980以上,表明模型准确度很高;移栽期主要通过调控参数B值、K值和N值对叶片发生进程进行调控;有效积温综合模型的准确性好于生长时间综合模型;烟草叶片发生模型是只有缓增期和快增期的不完整"S"型生长曲线.%In order to reasonably arrange field growth period of tobacco variety NC55, field experiments with three transplanting time treatments (04-25, 05-05, 05-15) were carried out to study the effects of transplanting time on the initiation process of tobacco leaves, to identify the relationship between effective accumulated temperature and leaf initiation, and to establish dynamic models. The results showed that transplanting time did not change the final number of leaves, but the dynamic change of leaf initiation was significantly affected by transplanting time. The initiation time of leaves was shortened as the transplanting time delayed. However, the effective accumulated temperature required for the initiation of middle and upper leaves had no significant difference among different treatments. The dynamic models of leaf initiation were established with high precision, as theR2values of all models were higher than 0.980. The transplanting time affected the dynamic process of leaves initiation mainly by controlling B, K and N values. The accuracy of the model with growth time as independent variable was better than that of the model with effective accumulated temperature as independent variable. The dynamic model of tobacco leaf initiation was an incomplete "S" type growth curve, which included slow growth period and rapid growth period only.
