会话分析在心理阻抗研究中的作用

摘要

Starting with the discussion of the relationship between conversation analysis and psychotherapy,the paper approaches resistance in psychotherapy from the perspective of conversation analysis.It is found that the production and coping of resistance are indeed a process of a dynamic negotiation between participants,following a specific structure.As a way of self-defense,resistance can sometimes reflect the visitor's active involvement in the therapy and represent a way of patients' efforts.It is proved that conversation analysis is an effective method for studying resistance and psychotherapy.%本文从探讨会话分析与心理治疗的关系入手,从会话分析的视角对心理治疗中的阻抗进行了研究.研究表明,阻抗的产生及其应对是一个遵循特定结构的交际双方动态协商的过程,其虽然是一种自我防御现象,有时也能反应出来访者积极参与治疗及发挥主观能动性的努力.会话分析是研究阻抗乃至心理治疗的一种行之有效的方法.
