不同义齿清洁方式对铸造纯钛支架表面形貌的影响

         

摘要

目的:评价5种不同义齿清洁方式对铸造纯钛支架表面形貌的影响。方法离心铸造35个纯钛试样(15 mm×10 mm×2 mm),将试样高度抛光,根据义齿不同清洁方式将试样随机分为5组:对照组A组,蒸馏水浸泡;实验组B、C、D、E组,B组牙刷+蒸馏水刷洗2 min,C组牙刷+牙膏刷洗2 min,D组保丽净清洁液浸泡5 min,E组保丽净清洁液浸泡5 min+牙刷刷洗2 min,重复以上处理过程180个循环。粗糙度仪测试试样处理前后表面粗糙度(Ra),扫描电子显微镜(SEM)观察试样处理前后表面结构(刷痕、腐蚀坑)。结果①B组、C组、D组和E组试样处理前后表面粗糙度值(Ra)差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05),C组Ra增加最大。处理后各组试样Ra值不全相同,其中与对照组A组比较,B组、C组、D组、E组Ra值较A组增加,且差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组与E组之间Ra值差异无统计学意义,其他各组两两之间Ra值差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②不同清洁方式处理后A、D组试样表面无刷痕,B组、E组试样表面可见方向一致的浅刷痕,C组试样表面可见明显方向一致的连续深刷痕。不同方式处理后试样表面均未观察到腐蚀坑。结论保丽净清洁液清洁方式不会改变铸造纯钛支架表面形貌;牙刷+蒸馏水、保丽净清洁液+牙刷清洁方式对铸造纯钛支架表面形貌影响较小;牙刷+牙膏清洁方式可明显改变铸造纯钛支架表面形貌。%Objective To investigate 5 different cleaning methods for denture on the surface topography of pure titanium casting framework. Methods Centrifugal casting: 35 pure titanium samples (15 mm×10 mm×2 mm) were prepared and highly polished. According to different cleaning methods for denture, the samples were randomly divided into 5 groups. The control group (group A) was immersed in distilled water. The experimental groups were groups B, C, D and E. Group B was brushed with distilled water for 2 min. Group C was brushed with dentifrice for 2 min. Group D was immersed in Polident solution for 5 min. Group E was brushed for 2 min after immersed in Polident solution for 5 min. All the process was repeated for 180 cycles. A surface analyzer was used to measure the roughness (Ra) of the samples before and after the treatment. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM) was used to determine the surface structure (scratch and corrosion spot) on the samples before and after the treatment. Results ① There were statistically significant differences in the surface Ra of groups B, C, D and E before and after the treatment ( P<0.05). The Ra was increased the most in group C. The Ra of the five groups was not all the same after different ways of treatment. Compared with group A, the Ra in groups B, C, D and E were increased after the treatment, and the differ-ences were statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in Ra between group B and group E (P<0.05). ②After cleaning the samples by different methods, no scratch was found in groups A and D;slight scratch with the same direction was found in groups B and E;deep and continuous scratch with the same direc-tion was found in group C. No corrosion spot was found in all groups after different treatments. Conclusion The way of using Polident solution does not change the surface topography of pure titanium casting framework. The way of brushing with distilled water or Polident solution may slightly affect the surface topography of pure titanium casting framework. The way of brushing with dentifrice may significantly change the surface topography of pure titanium cast-ing framework.
