脂肪乳剂用于亲脂类药物毒性救治的研究进展

长效局部麻醉药等亲脂类药物过量使用可导致心跳骤停,且肾上腺素等药物复苏成功率低.脂肪乳剂作为肠外营养在临床应用已有近50年的历史.近年发现脂肪乳剂还可用于治疗亲脂类局部麻醉药物所致的心脏毒性,但其确切机制尚不明确.今后应更深入地阐明其确切机制,并确立治疗标准.%Over dose of highly lipophilic medicine such as long-acting local anesthetic should induce cardiac arrest, which is refractory to standard therapy. Lipid emulsion has been used in TNP for about 50 years, and recently it has been shown to reliably reverse intractable cardiac toxicity in either humans or animals , but the mechanism of lipid rescue remains unclear. Futureareas of investigation will focus on the improvement of treatment regimes and better understanding of the mechanism of lipid rescue.
