观点采择在医科大学生对艾滋病污名干预中的作用

摘要

目的 探讨观点采择在医科大学生群体对艾滋病污名干预中的作用.方法 选取某高等医学院校192名本科生,将其随机分为实验组和对照组,实验组实施观点采择干预.干预前后分别采用艾滋病污名问卷进行测量.结果 干预前两组艾滋病污名总分差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),干预后两组艾滋病污名总分差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05),共情在观点采择与艾滋病污名关系间起部分中介作用,其中介效应占总效应的比值为0.260.结论 观点采择能通过共情的中介作用有效降低医科大学生的艾滋病污名.%Objective:To explore the effect of perspective-taking on HIV-related stigma intervention among medical college students.Methods:192 medical college students selected from one medical college were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Perspective-taking intervention was implemented in the experimental group.HIV-related Stigma Questionnaire was used to measure the level of HIV-related stigma before and after the intervention for two groups.Results:Before intervention,there was no significant difference in the total score of HIV-related stigma between the two groups (P ＞ 0.05);there was significant difference in the total score of HIV-related stigma between the two groups after the intervention (P ＜ 0.05).Empathy had a partial mediating effect on the relationship between perspective-taking and HIV-related stigma,and the ratio of mediation effect to total effect was 0.260.Conclusion:The perspective-taking effectively can reduce the level of HIV-related stigma through the mediation effect of empathy.
