三市区临终关怀需求调查及临终关怀r医疗服务模式的探讨与思考

摘要

Objective:Explore a service model on hospice care in China. Method:Investigate on hospice care needs and demands in the city of Beijing, Shanghai and Baotou From June to September 2016. Result:More than 80 percent of the respondents willing to receive hospice care service, and people tend to have different hospice service model in different demographic groups, and the number of people choosing"general hospital" was the highest, nearly one- third. Conclusion:The society has a high demand for hospice care service, and to explore a service model which is government-led and the whole society involved and family as the core and community united and connected by hospice care institution and guided by the general hospital can promote the development of hospice care in China.%目的 探讨我国本土化的临终关怀服务模式.方法 2016年6-9月,在北京、上海、包头三市区开展临终关怀的需求调研.结果 愿意接受临终关怀服务的人群超过八成,不同人群倾向的临终关怀服务模式不同,选择"综合医院"的人群占比最高,接近三分之一.结论 社会对临终关怀服务需求高,探讨以"政府为主导、全社会广泛参与、家庭为核心、社区为半径、临终关怀专科机构为依托、综合医院为指导"的"六位一体"的本土化临终关怀医疗服务模式,有利于我国临终关怀事业的发展.
