目的:冷源制冷时,从洁净室吸收的热量排向外周围环境,充分利用净凝热回收的热能替代洁净空调一次回风方式的再热能.方法:采用双冷凝器热回收装置通过并联在冷凝器上板式换热器实现气态高温高压制冷剂与循环水之间热变换,获得热能,用于再热.结果:可使洁净空调一次回风系统设计露点温度再热至室内送风状态点温度,由冷凝回收热替代电能加热.结论:冷凝熟回收使洁净空调一次回风热湿处理高能耗得到解决.%Objective When the cold source is refrigerating, it will reject the heat that absorbed from the clean room to the surroundings. The reheat, I.e. Heat of condensation, is made full us so that to take place of the Primary Return Air of Clean Air-conditioning System. Methods The technique of two flow condensor recycle of heat can realize the exchange between the HTHP gaseous state refrigerant and the circulating water by dealing with the useless heat that produced from the cold source and parallel connecting the heat -exchange facility on the condenser. When the water is under the higher refrigerating temperature, all the heat energy is absorbed that released from the refrigerant and is exerted in the reheat of the clean air-conditioning system. Results The design of the primary return air of clean air-conditioning will make contributes to make the heat achieve to the heat that inside the room and reheat the two flow condensor recycle. Conclusion The heat quantity from recycling the heat of condensation does favor to the consumption of the reheat.
