Objective To design the adaptability system of the dental vehicle for military service in special environment. Methods Based on IVECO NJ2045 van-type truck, the adaptability was designed, tested and applied from the aspects of power source, wind resistance, bump resistance and so on, with the technical mode and functions of the vehicle considered. Results Through those related experiments and application, the dental vehicle proved to be designed reasonably and utilized conveniently, and all special equipments worked stably.
