脂肪因子与妊娠期糖尿病相关性研究进展

摘要

Gestational diabetes mellitus (GDM) is an endocrine metabolic disease caused by a variety of causes , which can lead to sugar , protein, lipid metabolic disorder and severe maternal and infant complications .Through a series of signal transduction pathways , adipocyte factors can widely participate the regulation of complex body metabolic balance network .In recent years, researches show that the adipocyte factors are widely involved in the pathophysiology of obesity , type 2 diabetes, hypertension and other metabolic related diseases .As adipocyte factors , chemerin , adiponectin , resistin and visfatin take part in the occurrence of type 2 diabetes and are related to insulin resistance ( IR) .Analysis of the characteristics of these factors suggested that monitoring changes of adipocyte factors in pregnant period played an important role in the predicting and preventing GDM .%妊娠期糖尿病是由多种病因引起的内分泌代谢疾病，可引起糖、蛋白质、脂质代谢紊乱，可导致严重的母婴并发症。脂肪因子能通过介导一系列的信号转导通路，广泛参与机体复杂的代谢平衡网络的调节。近年来的研究表明，脂肪因子广泛参与肥胖、2型糖尿病、高血压病等一系列代谢相关性疾病的病理生理过程，其中趋化素、脂联素、抵抗素、内脂素作为脂肪因子，参与2型糖尿病的发生，与胰岛素抵抗相关。通过对脂肪因子的特性探讨，提示孕期监测脂肪因子的变化对预测及干预妊娠期糖尿病具有重要意义。
