生物制品中支原体污染及清除方法的研究进展

摘要

Mycoplasmas always contaminate cell lines,viruses,serum and other materials for basic research and for manufacturing of bioproducts.It generally considered to be frequent commensals.The article briefly summarized the harm of Mycoplasma contamination in bioproducts,and reviewed the elimination methods of Mycoplasma contamination.%支原体是生物制品污染中较常见的一种微生物,它可以污染细胞、病毒批、血清等制品,给科研及生物制品产业带来危害。文章简要介绍了支原体污染生物制品后带来的危害,并对清除支原体方法的研究进展进行了综述。
