聚焦超声终止恒河猴早孕的实验研究

摘要

Objective The purpose of this study is to explore an alternative method of family planning by investigating the effectiveness and safety of different modes of ultrasound exposure in the termination of the early pregnancy of rhesus macaques. Methods Using B-mode ultrasound incorporated within JC mode High Intensity Focused Ultrasound Therapeutic Unit to locate the gestational sac from six rhesus macaques with gestation age of 36 - 66 days. Results After focused ultrasound exposure, B-mode ultrasound of the gestational sacs showed significant changes. Five out of six rhesus macaques underwent complete abortions while one rhesus macaque underwent incomplete abortion. There were no damages to the uterus and adjacent tissues as the rhesus macaques resumed their menstrual cycle within 40 days after focused ultrasound treatment. Conclusions The use of focused ultrasound exposure in the termination of early pregnancy is feasible and effective, it may provide a new anti-pregnancy method that is safe and reliable.%目的 将聚焦超声应用于计划生育领域,探讨聚焦超声终止恒河猴早孕的辐照方式、剂量与效应.方法 应用重庆海扶(HIFU)技术有限公司研制的JC型聚焦超声抗早孕机,通过灰阶超声定位,选择不同的剂量和辐照方式,辐照6只妊娠龄为36～66 d的恒河猴的孕囊.结果 聚焦超声辐照后,恒河猴孕的孕囊在诊断B超图像中出现明显的致死性改变,6只恒河猴中5只完全流产,1只不完全流产,子宫及邻近器官均无损伤,聚焦超声终止恒河猴妊娠后均于40 d内月经恢复.结论 聚焦超声终止早孕是可行的、有效的和安全的一种新型方法.
