用200 mg/L乙烯利喷洒香蕉幼苗叶片1 d,再于8℃低温胁迫1 d后,研究乙烯利对香蕉幼苗抗寒性的影响.结果表明:乙烯利预处理提高了香蕉叶片的SOD、POD、CAT活性和香蕉叶片的游离脯氨酸和可溶性蛋白含量;降低了丙二醛含量.表明乙烯利可通过提高抗氧化酶活性和减少膜损伤来增强香蕉幼苗抗寒性.%Young plants of 'Williams' banana (Mus a AAA Cavendish subgroup) were used as materials and their leaves were sprayed with ethephon at 200 mg/L until the ethephon solution dripped naturally from the leaves. One day after spraying, the young plants were placed for cold storage at 8℃ for 1 day to observe their cold resistance. The results showed that pretreatment with ethephon increased the contents of proline and soluble protein and the activities of SOD, POD and CAT, decreased the content of MDA in banana leaves. This indicated that ethephon treatment could increase the cold resistance of banana young plants, which was achieved by means of enhancing the anti-oxidative enzyme activities, and decreasing the injury of membranes under cold stress.
