洋桔梗切花衰老过程中的蛋白质变化

     

摘要

Cut flowers of three cultivars of Eustoma grandiflorum were used as materials and detected in terms of proteins of the cut flowers during senescence. The result showed that 1-MCP(1-Methylcyclop ropene) had a good effect on delay in senescence of the cut flowers,which improved its ornamental value. ETP(ethrel) speeded up decomposition of the proteins of the cut flowers and shortened their vase life. During the process of senescence of the cut flowers,protein components and their content were changed; some proteins had no change,for example,four bands(69.31,49.35,42.82,29.75 ku) remained existing throughout the senescence; most proteins disappeared after decomposed,for example,the bands 98.90,55.66,37.53,27.85,25.63,23.62,19.85,16.74 ku which almost disappeared at the end of the vase stage; some bands were not observed at the early vase stage,but occurred at the vase stages Ⅱ and Ⅲ,and then disappeared at the vase stages Ⅳ and Ⅴ,e.g.,for example,proteins at 90.90-118.45 ku,90.47~66.10 ku,45.47 ku,42.81~29.75 ku,24.93 ku,19.85 ku,and 16.74 ku. Some proteins appeared at the late stage of senescence,for example,bands of 52.93 ku and 30.11 ku,which might have some relation with senescence. The change of protein components of the cut flowers was not apparently different among the 3 cultivars of E. grandiflorum.%以3个品种洋桔梗为材料.研究洋桔梗切花花瓣衰老过程中.可溶性蛋白质的变化情况.结果表明,1-MCP(1-Methvlcyclopropene.1-甲基环丙烯)在延缓切花衰老,提高观赏品质方面有良好的作用;ETP(乙烯利)促进了蛋白质的分解,缩短了瓶插寿命.切花衰老过程中,蛋白质的组分和含量都发生变化,有些蛋白质始终保持不变.如69.31、49.35、42.82、29.75 ku四条谱带是始终存在;大部分蛋白质分解消失,如98.90、55.66、37.53、27.85、25.63、23.62、19.85、16.74 ku等谱带到瓶插后期基本消失;瓶插早期没有的谱带,在瓶插的第2阶段和第3阶段出现.到第4阶段和第5阶段又消失.如90.90~118.45 ku间的谱带、90.47~66.10 ku间的谱带、45.47 ku的谱带、42.81~29.75 ku间的谱带、24.93 ku的谱带、19.85 ku的谱带、16.74 ku的谱带等;而52.93、30.11 ku的谱带后期出现.可能这些蛋白的变化与衰老有关.3个不同品种洋桔梗其蛋白组分变化差异不大.
