基于Probit模型的海口市消费者对热带农产品购买场所偏好分析

         

摘要

影响消费者选择购买场所的因素是多样的,涉及到消费者的个性因素和购物选择因素。运用Probit模型进行回归分析后,可以看出,对于不同类型的购买场所来说,不同因素的影响程度表现出明显的差异性。个性特征因素对超市和大型农贸市场的影响比其他2类购买场所的影响更大,购买选择因素除了购买时间因素在4种购买场所中表现出倾向一致外,其他因素影响的显著性表现出很大差异性,说明在分析消费者购买热带农产品地点选择的倾向性时,进行类型细分研究的重要性。%Various of factors may influence consumers' options of buying places which involve personality factors and buying-optional factors. A result came after the regression analysis of Probit Model that incidences of factors showed obvious otherness in diverse buying places. Personality factors impacted supermarket and large farmers market more than other kinds of shopping places. With the buying-optional factors, shopping time put up consistent tendency to the four kinds of shopping places while the other factors showed up a lot of difference in their conspicuousness. It is vital to conduct a segmentation analysis when analyzing buying places of tropical agriculture products.
