感觉统合训练对剖宫产儿童感觉统合能力及注意力的影响

         

摘要

目的:观察感觉统合训练对剖宫产儿童感觉统合能力及注意力的影响。方法:260例诊断为感觉统合失调的剖宫产学龄期儿童,其中120例为干预组( n=120),另因不能参加训练的140例儿童作为对照组( n=140)。对照组进行常规的学习和生活,干预组在对照组的基础上进行为期3个月的感觉统合训练。3个月后,对260例儿童进行感觉统合能力评估和注意力测试。结果:干预组感觉统合能力高于对照组(p<0.05),干预组注意力水平高于对照组(p<0.05)。结论:感觉统合训练能有效改善剖宫产儿童感觉统合能力,提高学龄期儿童注意力水平。%Objective:To observe the effect of sensory integration training on sensory integration ability and attention of school -age children who birthed by cesarean delivery .Methods:260 cases diagnosed as sensory integration disorder of cesarean delivery school -age children, among them 120 cases as intervention group(n=120), the other can't attend training of 140 children as control group(n=140 ) .The control group take normal study and life , on the basis of the control group ,the intervention group need attend the sensory inte-grative ability and the attention.Results:The sensory integrative ability of intervention group is higher than the control group (p<0.05), and the attention of intervention group is higher than the control group (p<0.05).Conclusion:The sensory integrative training can effec-tively improve the Cesarean delivery children's sensory integration ability , improve the level of school -age-children's attention.
