The CaF2 nanoparticles (nano-CaF2, nano-CaFb2) were prepared by four-component [ n (CTAB): m( n-butyl alcohol): m(n-heptane): m(H20) = 11: 11: 19: 10] reverse microemulsion solutions and direct precipitation methods, respectivily. The topography and fluorescence performance of nano-CaF2 were characterized by UV, IR, SEM and excitation spectrum. The results showed that nano-CaFa2 exhibited uniform in diameter and regular in morphological forms, did not make any agglomeration, and monodisperse property. The nano-CaFb2 was not homogenous and severely agglomerated. Er3+ doping nano-CaFb3 were emitted 720 nm red fluorescence.%分别采用四组分[m(CTAB):m(正丁醇):m(正庚烷):m(水)=11:11:19:10]反相微乳液体系和直接沉淀法制备了CaF2纳米粉体(简称nano-caFa2,nano-caFb2),其形貌和荧光性能经UV,IR,SEM及激发光谱表征.结果表明,nano-CaFa2形貌规则、单分散性良好,且粒径大小分布均匀.nano-caFb2粒度不均匀,团聚现象较严重.掺杂了Er3+的nano-caFb2能发出720 nm左右的红色荧光.
