清胰颗粒1号对急性水肿型胰腺炎大鼠胰腺外分泌功能的影响

         

摘要

Objective To observe the impact of Qingyi Particle NO.1(清胰颗粒1号)on pancreatic exo⁃crine in experimental acute pancreatitis rats. Methods Thirty male Wistar Rats were randomly divided into a normal group, a model control group and a treated group. The establishment of rat model with pancreatitis was done through subcutaneous injection of Caerulein. Pancreatic exocrine secretion was collected and the volume, protein level, amylase, lipase and electrolyte of pancreatic exocrine secretion in normal and pancreatic rats were measured. Results The levels of amylase、lipase and HCO3- were significantly higher and the level of Ca2+was lowered in model group as compared with the normal group(P<0.05). Those in the treated group were im⁃proved as compared with the model group(P<0.05). Conclusion Impairment of pancreatic exocrine secretion was observed in acute pancreatitis. Qingyi Particle NO 1(清胰颗粒1号)has the effect of inhibiting pancreatic exocrine secretion by regulating the levels of amylase, lipase, HCO3-and Ca2+.%  目的:观察清胰颗粒1号对急性水肿型胰腺炎大鼠的胰腺外分泌功能的影响。方法:取30只雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为模型组、治疗组、正常组,每组10只。治疗组和模型组采用腹部皮下注射雨蛙素的方法建立大鼠急性水肿型胰腺炎模型,收集大鼠胆胰液,检测胆胰液总量、淀粉酶和脂肪酶水平,同时检测胆胰液中蛋白浓度和电解质含量。结果:与正常组相比,模型组大鼠胆胰液中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、HCO3-浓度增高,Ca2+浓度降低(P<0.05);与模型组相比,治疗组的大鼠胆胰液中淀粉酶、脂肪酶、HCO3-浓度降低,Ca2+浓度升高(P <0.05)。结论:清胰颗粒1号能抑制急性水肿型胰腺炎胰酶分泌、降低胰液中HCO3-浓度,增加Ca2+浓度。
