我国社区卫生服务机构编制管理现状及进展研究

摘要

The reform of authorized personnel position management in community health organizations is an im-portant and difficult component of personnel system reform. This article studied recent research papers related to au-thorized personnel position management in community health organizations ,described the authorized personnel posi-tion management status in China ,analyzed the problems and put forward some relative suggestions.%社区卫生服务机构编制管理改革是人事制度改革的重点和难点。通过梳理和分析中国社区卫生服务机构编制管理相关研究，描述社区卫生服务机构编制管理的现状，分析编制管理的现存问题，并提出相关建议。
