空气净化对老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者肺功能的改善作用

To investigate the effects of air purification on pulmonaryfunction in the aged patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes. Methods The pulmonary function was observed in the 29 patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes who accepted air purification. The parameters included V50, V25, FEV1, RV/TLC, DLco and so on. Results The pulmonary function in the patients was improved significantly after air purification. Conclusion Appropriate air purification could improve the pulmonary function in the aged patients with type-Ⅱ diabetes.%目的探讨空气净化对老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者肺功能的影响。方法对29例老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行空气净化后，分别测定小气道通气功能、弥散功能、第1s用力呼气容积和肺容量，并抽血检测动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压、pH值，与26例未进行空气净化的老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者进行比较。结果运动1月后患者的小气道通气功能改善较明显，尤以弥散功能改善更明显；动脉血氧分压、二氧化碳分压也有明显改善，pH值无明显变化。结论采用空气净化对改善老年Ⅱ型糖尿病患者的肺功能有明显作用。
