Microstructure Evolution of Melt-Spun NdsFe86B6 Amorphous Ribbons during Rapid Heating and Their Magnetic Properties

     

摘要

Rapid crystallization of melt-spun NdsFe86B6 amorphous ribbons was carried out by use of high frequency induction heating, and the microstructures and magnetic properties of crystallized ribbons were analyzed in detail. The results reveal that crystallizing can quickly take place during rapid heating. The magnetic properties of crystallized ribbons were controlledstrongly by the heating velocities.
