Objective To investigate variation of the sero- adiponectin in obese children with impaired glucose tolerance. Methods A total of 38 obese children with impaired glucose tolerance were recruited from pediatrics out - patient clinic of our hospital. At the same time 30 healthy children were recruited as controls. Sero- adiponectin, blood- fat, glycosylated hemoglobin, blood glucose, blood glucose and insulinum after OGTT for 2 hours were determined. HOMA - IR was calculated. Results The sero - adiponectin of obese children with impaired glucose tolerance was significantly decreased com-pared with controls (t = 11.96,P <0.01), but the HOMA -IR of obese children was obviously in-creased(t = 8.42 ,P <0.01). Conclusions The sero- adiponectin of obese children with IGT is sig-nificantly decreased compared with controls.%目的 探讨肥胖合并糖耐量减低儿童血清脂联素水平变化.方法 选择2006年2月至2007年12月来本院儿科门诊就诊的肥胖症合并糖耐量减低患儿38例,同时选择健康儿童30例为对照组;测定两组儿童空腹血清脂联素、血脂、糖化血红蛋白、血糖、口服葡萄糖耐量试验2 h血糖和胰岛素,计算胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR).结果 与对照组相比肥胖合并糖耐量减低患儿血清脂联素水平明显降低(t=11.96,P<0.01),胰岛素抵抗指数明显升高(t=8.42,P<0.01).结论 肥胖合并糖耐量减低儿童与健康儿童相比血清脂联素水平明显降低.
