数据记录器的双电池充放电管理系统设计

         

摘要

针对弹载数据采集记录器的双锂电池充放电管理的要求,提出了一种双锂电池充放电管理模块设计.弹上电源不但能为数据采集记录器供电,而且能同时实现对双块锂电池充电的管理;弹上电源消失之后,该充放电管理模块又能管理双锂电池为系统供电.双锂电池的充电主要由两片电源管理芯片BQ24160完成,而为系统供电电路则由ORing电路来完成.经过实验证明,该双电池充放电管理模块能够完成弹体侵彻过程中数据采集记录器的供电电源由弹上电源向锂电池的转变.%In view of double lithium battery charge and discharge management requirement of the on-board data acquisition recorder,a double lithium battery charge and discharge management module design was proposed.Missile's power could not only supply the data acquisition recorder,but also realize the management of the double lithium battery.After missile's power disappeared,the charge and discharge management module managed double lithium battery to supply the system.The double lithium battery charge was mainly completed by two pieces of power management chip BQ24160,and the power supply for the system was done by ORing circuit.The experiment proves that the double battery charge and discharge management module can accomplish the transition of the power supply of data acquisition recorder from missile's power to lithium battery in the process of projectile penetration.
