目的：研究氟化泡沫应用于幼儿早期龋齿临床效果。方法以我院口腔科门诊自2011年9月至2015年9月就诊的2995名3岁以下患早期牙釉质龋的患儿为研究对象，使用氟离子含量为12300 ppm的氟化泡沫进行治疗，每3个月用氟化泡沫涂布治疗1次。4年后复诊进行评估，龋洞大小无变化，洞壁光滑坚硬为有效；龋洞壁软，牙齿龋坏范围增大为无效。结果有效率为74.5%，无效率为25.5%。结论夜间喂奶、进食零食、刷牙时间及频率是影响牙齿再矿化的重要因素，局部使用氟化泡沫可以起到有效的防龋。%Objective To investigate the effect of lfuoride foam on preventing early enamel caries. Methods The study was based on 2 995 children under 3 years old who had suffered from early enamel caries in our hospital from September 2011 to September 2015. The patients were treated with lfuoride foam(12 300 ppm) every three months. The effect was evaluated 4 years later. Effective:the cavity was smooth and hard, and its size did not change. Invalid:the extent of caries increased. Results The effective rate was 74.5%, and the ineffective rate was 25.5%. Conclusion Night feeding, eating snacks, brushing time and frequency are the important factors inlfuencing the remineralization of teeth. Topical application of lfuoride foam is effective in preventing caries.
