小儿肱骨干骨折的治疗

摘要

通过对小儿肱骨干骨折41例治疗分析,作者认为上肢皮肤外展牵引是治疗肱骨干骨折的一种简单有效方法,亦适用骨髓炎伴发病理性骨折.套用成人的治疗方法,不熟悉小儿骨折的解剖生理及生物力学特点是4例严重并发症失误的原因.%Simple skin traction of upper limb is good for the correction of displacement and angulation of the fragments in fractures of humeral shaft.In young children,traction for three weeks is enough.In newborns,a simple immobilization of arm to the chest is sufficient.Four cases had serious complications due to the mal-manipulation by surgeons who ignored the peculiarities of the bone in young age.
