Objective Objective: To investigate the profile and characteristics of airborne pollens in Haikou City in 1994 and 2004 and provide a theory for local hay fever treatment. Methods Airborne pollens were collected using the aggregation of gravity in Haikou city during January~December 1994 and 2004 respectively, and identified under microscopes. The data were compared from the surveys of two years. Results 6415 pollens grains of 26 seriations were harvested in 1994, and the airborne pollen peak occurred from March to April in spring. 5075 pollens grains of 30 seriations were collected in 2004. The airborne pollen peak occurred also from March to April in spring.Conclusions Pollens are important allergen in Haikou city. These data provides reliable information to the subtropical and tropical regions of pollen allergens in hay fever, and provides dynamic clinical basis for prevention and treatment of hay fever.%目的 调查1994年和2004年两年海口市气传花粉的种类、数量及季节消长规律的特点并对比分析,为当地花粉症的防治提供动态依据.方法 分别于1994年和2004年在海口城区设花粉收集点,采用重力沉积法收集花粉,并对花粉形态进行观察和鉴定,历时均为1年.同时制作标准花粉片,并对过敏性疾病患者进行花粉变应原筛查.将2次调查结果进行比较分析.结果 1994年1~12月全年曝片收集花粉26科属,共6415粒,3、4月为高峰期.2004年1月~12月全年曝片收集花粉30科属,共5075粒,3、4月为高l峰期.结论 花粉为海口市重要的过敏原,本研究为亚热带、热带地区致敏花粉的研究提供了可靠资料,同时为临床花粉症的防治提供动态依据.
