Objective To investigate the clinical curative effect of Yangxue Yishen Tongqiao decoction combined with western medicine in treating nervous tinnitus. Methods 124 cases of nervous tinnitus patients were randomly divided into patients with combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group and control group,62 cases in each group.The control group using Dextran 40 Sodium Chloride Injection, Mecobalamin Injection and Flunarizine Hydrochloride Capsules for continuous treatment, in the treatment group based on the use of self-made nourishing kidney Tongqiao Decoction with combination of TCM and Western medicine, the two groups were 15 days for a course of treatment. Observe the clinical curative effect after 1 courses of treatment were compared between the two groups of nervous tinnitus patients, TCM symptoms before and after treatment, tinnitus score. Results The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group were nervous tinnitus the effective rate was 85.5% higher than that of the control group of nervous tinnitus patients 69.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the treatment group of ear nerve with combination of TCM and Western Medicine For the effective rate was 95.2% and the control group of 90.3% patients of nervous tinnitus patients with no statistical significance(P>0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference between the two groups of nervous tinnitus patients with TCM syndrome score (P>0.05); after 1 courses of treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group of TCM symptoms of the nervous tinnitus patients scores are improved significantly (P<0.05); the control group of sensorineural tinnitus deafness, dizzy symptoms were significantly improved (P<0.05); after 1 courses of treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group symptom scores were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Before treatment, the two groups had no statistical significance of sensorineural tinnitus score difference (P>0.05); after 1 courses of treatment, two groups of sensorineural tinnitus score were significantly improved (P<0.01); after 1 courses of treatment combining traditional Chinese and Western medicine treatment group nerve Tinnitus patients with tinnitus score was significantly lower than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). After treatment, the recovery of hearing impairment in the integrative medicine group was significantly better than that in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Yangxue Yishen Tongqiao decoction combined with western medicine treatment has obvious advantages of nervous tinnitus,the curative effect is superior to that of Western medicine.%目的 探讨益肾养血通窍汤联合西医治疗神经性耳鸣的临床疗效.方法124例神经性耳鸣患者按照随机数字表法将患者分为中西医结合治疗组与对照组,每组62例.对照组采用右旋糖酐40氯化钠注射液、甲钴胺注射液、盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊进行连续治疗,中西医结合治疗组在此基础上加用自拟益肾养血通窍汤,两组均15天为一疗程.观察并比较两组神经性耳鸣患者治疗1个疗程后的临床疗效、治疗前后的中医症候变化、耳鸣分级评分.结果 中西医结合治疗组神经性耳鸣患者的愈显率85.5%显著高于对照组神经性耳鸣患者的69.4%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中西医结合治疗组神经性耳鸣患者的治疗有效率为95.2%与对照组神经性耳鸣患者的90.3%差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).治疗前,两组神经性耳鸣患者中医症候各项评分之间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1疗程后中西医结合治疗组神经性耳鸣患者中医症候各项评分均得以显著改善(P<0. 05);对照组神经性耳鸣患者耳鸣耳聋、头晕目眩症状得以显著改善(P<0.05);治疗1疗程后中西医结合治疗组中医症候评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05).治疗前,两组神经性耳鸣患者耳鸣分级量化评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗1疗程后两组神经性耳鸣患者耳鸣分级量化评分均得以显著改善(P<0.01);治疗1疗程后中西医结合治疗组神经性耳鸣患者耳鸣分级量化评分显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).治疗后中西医结合治疗组听力障碍恢复情况显著优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 益肾养血通窍汤联合西医治疗神经性耳鸣具有明显优势,疗效显著优于单纯西医治疗.
