目的 探讨中药及针灸疗法配合嗓音训练治疗嗓音疾病的临床效果.方法 选取我院2015年1月-2016年12月收治的91例慢喉喑患者作为研究对象并根据治疗方式分组,定义单纯接受治疗中药及针灸疗法的45例患者作为对照组,另外采用嗓音训练配合中医综合治疗的46例患者作为观察组,观察对比两组患者的治疗效果.结果 观察组治愈率为69.6%,明显高于对照组40.0%(P<0.05);观察组治疗后Vioss(主观嗓音症状量表)积分、用嗓方式以及参数(缺陷、生理)差值均明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组患者振幅微扰、基频微扰差值与对照组对比差异显著(P<0.05).结论 嗓音训练配合中药及针灸疗法治疗慢喉喑患者的效果显著,预后良好,值得推广.%Objective To investigate the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy combined with voice training in the treatment of voice disorders. Methods Ninety-one cases of chronic hoarseness patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected as the research object, which were divided as observation group (46 cases, voice training with integrated traditional Chinese medicine treatment ) and control group (45 cases, simple treatment of traditional Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy). Results The cure rate of observation group was 69.6% and was significantly higher than that of control group (40%, P<0.05). After treatment, Vioss (voice subjective symptom scale) score, voice usage and parameters of observation group were significantly better than those of the control group (P<0.05). The differences of amplitude perturbation and fundamental frequency perturbation between two groups were also significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of voice training with Chinese medicine and acupuncture therapy is considered effective in the treatment of chronic hoarseness and should be generalized.
