广州市某区幼儿园及小学教师嗓音状况及影响因素调查分析

     

摘要

目的 了解广州市番禺区幼儿园及小学一线教师嗓音疾病情况及相关的影响因素,为制定嗓音疾病的一二级预防提供科学依据.方法 抽样调查广州市番禺区17所民办、公办幼儿园及小学的769名一线教师,采用嗓音情况问卷、VHI-10量表及咽喉部间接喉镜、动态喉镜客观检查了解教师嗓音状况,多因素logisitic 回归分析相关影响因素.结果 幼儿园及小学一线教师嗓音疾病总患病率为13.8%,其中慢性喉炎所占比例最高.logistic多元回归显示教龄、性别、平均课堂学生数、粉笔授课为嗓音疾病患病影响因素.结论 教师是嗓音疾病的高发人群,多种相关因素均与嗓音疾病患病危险性升高相关.教育部门需联合卫生部门共同加强对教师嗓音疾病的一二级预防.%Objective To survey the prevalence of voice disorders among preschool and primary school teachers and to identify the related factors in teaching profession. Methods 769 teachers from 17 preschools and primary schools in Panyu district in Guangzhou took part in the cross-sectional research. Demographic and clinical data were collected from questionnaires including VHI-10 and otorhinolaryngologic examinations. Results The prevalence of voice disorders was 13.8% with the highest case rate of chronic laryngitis.Multivariate logistic regression models found that years of teaching,gender, class size and chalk dust exposure were associated with the risk of voice disorders. Conclusions Teachers had a significantly increased occurrence of voice disorders, several risk factors were obviously associated with voice disorders in primary and preschool teachers.Education and health departments need to work together to promote teachers'vocal health.
