Objective To revalue the advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound knife assisted in tonsillectomy. Methods 197 patients were randomly divided into ultrasound knife group (95cases) and control group (102cases). The patients in ultrasound knife group received tonsillectomy by ultrasound knife while the patients in control group received tonsillectomy by traditional methods. Then we evaluated the two groups with intraoperative blood loss, the median length of hospital stay, pharyngalgia duration, probability of postoperative bleeding and recovery time of full diet. Results The amount of bleeding in ultrasound knife group was lower than the control group, while the median length of hospital stay, pharyngalgia duration and recovery time of full diet in ultrasound group were longer than control group. The probabilities of postoperative bleeding were no different in groups. Conclusion The advantages and disadvantages of ultrasound knife assisted in tonsillectomy were sharp, so we must be cautious to use ultrasound knife in tonsillectomy.%目的 评价分析超声刀在扁桃体切除术中应用.方法 在我科拟实行扁桃体切除术的病人,分成超声刀组及对照组,分别采用超声刀方法及改良的扁桃体剥离术,然后分别用对患者的术中出血量、住院时间、咽痛持续时间、术后出血几率、正常饮食恢复时间4种指标对2组患者做出评价.结果 超声刀组在术中出血量少于对照组,但在住院时间、咽痛持续时间、正常饮食恢复时间差于对照组,2组术后出血几率比较无统计学意义.结论 超声刀在扁桃体切除术中优缺点均极为明显,需要严格把握手术适应症,谨慎应用.
