浅谈人文关怀在门诊耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中的应用

     

摘要

目的 探讨人文关怀在门诊耳鼻喉内镜检查护理中的作用及效果.方法 选取2016年6月~2017年1月,在我院门诊行耳鼻喉内镜检查的患者68例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,观察组患者在常规内镜检查的基础上给予人文关怀,对照组患者仅给予常规内镜检查,对两组患者护理满意度进行比较和分析.结果 观察组患者对内窥镜检查重要性认知度、护理态度的满意度、检查的必要性、及配合检查等方面,显著高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论 人文关怀在耳鼻喉内窥镜检查中,可有效的缓解患者不良情绪,帮助患者由被动检查转变成主动配合检查、显著提高护理质量及患者满意度,提高检查的准确性,值得临床推广.%Objective To explore the role of humanistic care in the outpatient department of ear, nose and throat (ENT) endoscopy. Methods From June 2016 to January 2017, 68 patients in our hospital were examined by endoscopy. They were randomly divided into observation group and control group, 34 cases in each group. Patients in control group were given routine endoscopy while those in the observation group were given humanistic care on the basis of the control group. The nursing satisfaction of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results In the observation group, many aspects including recognition of the importance and necessity of endoscopy, satisfaction of nursing attitude and cooperation of examination were significantly better than those of the control group (all P<0.05). Conclusion Humanistic care in the ENT endoscopy can effectively improve the compliance of patients and alleviate their adverse emotions, which can also improve the quality of care and patient satisfaction, as well as the accuracy of the inspection. It is worthy to be popularized.
