不同地区光照量与人体维生素D水平及骨密度之间的关系

     

摘要

骨质疏松症是以骨强度受损,骨折危险性增加为主要表现的骨骼疾病.是体内体外多种因素共同作用的结果,维生素D在其中起着重要的作用.日光中的紫外线能够预防维生素D的缺乏和不足,其强度及量与机体内骨代谢、骨密度以及骨质疏松症的发生有非常密切的关系.我国不同海拔、不同日照量、不同地方,相同条件人群的骨密度有一定差异.适当的日照,不仅能改善骨代谢、骨密度情况,而且能够有效缓解骨质疏松的临床症状,对老年骨质疏松症有治疗作用.%Osteoporosis is a skeletal disease mainly characterized with damaged bone strength and increased risk of fractures. It has been determined by lots of reasons in vivo and in vitro that vitamin D plays an important role in it. The ultraviolet in the sunlight can prevent from the deficiency of vitamin D and its strength and quantity is closely related to the human bone metabolism, bone mineral density, and the incidence of osteoporosis. The bone mineral density in population with same conditions in different altitudes, different quantity of illumination and different places is different in China. Appropriate sunlight improves the bone metabolism and bone mineral density, effectively ameliorates the clinical symptoms of osteoporosis, and can be used to treat the osteoporosis in elderly patients.
