斑马鱼疾病模型

摘要

As a novel animal model the zebrafish has been widely applied in biological research and therefore has became an integral part to the research of human disease gradually .Zebrafish genomen is highly homologous to hu-man, and related experimental studies of zebrafish in genetic , developmental , drug screening and other fields have made a lot of new progress with the improvement of experimental techniques .This paper reviews literatures of zebrafish resear-ches in bone, heart, nervous system, cancer and other aspects, aiming to provide some inspiration to the clinical rele-vance study .%斑马鱼基因组与人类基因组具有高度同源性，作为一种新型的实验动物，已在相关生物研究中广泛应用，用斑马鱼复制的疾病模型在人类疾病研究中起重要作用。本文就斑马鱼在骨骼、心脏、神经系统和肿瘤等方面研究中的作用进行综述。
