西那卡塞治疗原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进症

摘要

Cinacalcet,as the only calcimimetic agent admitted by China Food and Drug Administration,has been used for treating secondary hyperparathyroidism.However,there has been several studies about its effects on primary hyperparathyroidism (PHPT).The purpose of this review is to summarize the clinical research about the effects of cinacalcet to PHPT.%西那卡塞是我国唯一批准上市的口服拟钙剂,其维持钙稳态作用较为明确.目前在我国仅用于治疗慢性肾脏疾病患者的继发性甲状旁腺功能亢进,而国外已有用其治疗原发性甲状旁腺功能亢进(primary hyperparathyroidism,PHPT)的相关研究.本文就西那卡塞治疗PHPT相关研究进行综述.
