调Q紫翠玉激光治疗获得性太田痣样斑114例疗效分析

摘要

Objective To assess the efficacy and complications of Q-switched alexandrite lasers in the treatment of acquired bilateral nevus of ota-like macules (ABNOM).Methods One hundred and fourteen patients with ABNOM aged from 10 to 50 years were involved in the study.All patients underwent more than 1 session of Q-switched alexandrite laser (wavelength:755 nm) treatment.Results After twice treatments,10 patients showed recovery.The curative effects were remarkable in 33 cases,effective in 43 cases and non-effective in 28 cases.The effective rate was 37.7％ and the recovery rate was 8.8％.Conclusions QQ-switched alexandrite lasers appears to be effective in the treatment of ABNOM.%目的 评估调Q紫翠玉激光治疗获得性太田痣样斑(ABNOM)的安全性及有效性.方法 回顾分析2008年8月～ 2014年4月我科门诊使用调Q紫翠玉激光(波长为755 nm)治疗的114例ABNOM患者的临床资料.结果 在2次治疗后,痊愈10例、显效33例、有效43例、无效28例,有效率为37.7％,治愈率为8.8％.术后未见严重不良反应.结论 调Q紫翠玉激光治疗ABNOM安全、有效.
