番石榴叶抗糖尿病研究进展

摘要

Psidium guajava, one genus of Psidium Linn, belongs to the family of the Myrtaceae.Pharmacological study suggests that the plant possesses several bioactivities, such as anti-inflammatory, antioxidant, anti-cancer, anti-hyperlipidemic and anti-diabetic effects.In recent years, anti-diabetic and its complication effects become a research focus.Here, the clinical studies, chemical constituents and pharmacological effects on diabetes of the leaves of Psidium guajava were reviewed, hoping to provide references for researchers' further study.%番石榴为桃金娘科番石榴属植物.现代药理学研究表明,番石榴叶具有抗炎、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、降血脂、降血糖等多种药理活性.近几年来,番石榴叶抗糖尿病及其并发症的功效成为研究的热点.本文对番石榴叶降糖的临床研究、化学成分及其抗糖尿病药理作用的研究动态做一综述,以期为该植物的应用研发提供参考.
